العناقيد الصناعية كخيار إستراتيجي لتحسين تنافسية الإقتصاد الجزائري

Abstract

تهدف الدراسة الى ابراز الدور الحيوي للعناقيد الصناعية في دعم تنافسية الاقتصاد الجزائري باعتبارها احدى اهم الاساليب الحديثة لتحقيق النمو و دعم القدرات الانتاجية للدول، و ذلك من خلال المقارنة بالتجربة الهندية التي افضت عن فارق الاختلاف بين الاقتصادين على الرغم من الاشتراك في كونهما ينتميان للدول النامية. و من نتائج الدراسة التاكيد على انه بامكان الاقتصاد الجزائري ان يكون تنافسيا من خلال تكثيف انشاء العناقيد الصناعية التي تتوافق و خصوصياته و تنويعها في مختلف التخصصات خاصة على مستوى الصناعات ذات القيمة المضافة العالية. و ذلك بتبني مجموعة من السياسات لاعادة هيكلة الاقتصاد الوطني بما يتوافق و متطلبات الاسواق الدولية. Clusters are today recognised as an important instrument for promoting competitiveness and achieving growth and supporting the productive capacities of countries. So, the current study traces the vital role of industrial clusters to improve the competitiveness of the Algerian economy, in comparison with the Indian experience which identifies several industry clusters which have a strong presence in the country and potential for future development. The results of the study confirm that the Algerian economy can be competitive through intensifying the establishment of industrial clusters that correspond to the Algerian economy specifity, and diversify them in sectors where the economy may have a competitive advantage, and industries with high added value. By adopting a set of policies to restructure the national economy in accordance with the requirements of the international markets.
