الكفايات التدريسية لعضو هيئة التدريس الجامعي من وجهة نظر الطلبة في ضوء معايير الجودة الشاملة في التعليم

Abstract

هدفت هذه الدراسة للكشف عن ممارسة عضو هيئة التدريس الجامعي للكفايات التدريسية في ضوء معايير الجودة الشاملة في التعليم من وجهة نظر الطلبة. حيث قام الباحث باستخدام المنهج الوصفي في هذه الدراسة، و لتحقيق الهدف من الدراسة قام باستخدام استمارة استبيان لجمع البيانات مكونة من 70 عبارة موزعة على خمسة محاور تسعى لاختبار فرضيات الدراسة، إذ تم توزيعه على عينة عشوائية طبقية مكونة من 200 طالب (ة) بكلية العلوم الانسانية و الاجتماعية بجامعة جيجل خلال السنة الجامعية 2018/2017. حيث استخدم الباحث برنامج التحليل الإحصائي لتحليل البيانات واختبار صحة spss . فرضيات الدراسة. و قد توصلت الدراسة إلى النتائج التالية: - يمارس أعضاء هيئة التدريس الجامعي بكلية العلوم الانسانية و الاجتماعية بجامعة جيجل كفاية التخطيط للتدريس في ضوء معايير الجودة الشاملة في التعليم من وجهة نظر الطلبة. يمارس أعضاء هيئة التدريس الجامعي بكلية العلوم الانسانية و الاجتماعية بجامعة جيجل كفاية تنفيذ التدريس في ضوء معايير الجودة الشاملة في التعليم من وجهة نظر الطلبة. - يمارس أعضاء هيئة التدريس الجامعي بكلية العلوم الانسانية و الاجتماعية بجامعة جيجل كفاية إدارة الصف في ضوء معايير الجودة الشاملة في التعليم من وجهة نظر الطلبة. - لا يمارس أعضاء هيئة التدريس الجامعي بكلية العلوم الانسانية و الاجتماعية بجامعة جيجل كفاية استخدام الوسائل التعليمية في ضوء معايير الجودة الشاملة في التعليم من وجهة نظر الطلبة. - يمارس أعضاء هيئة التدريس الجامعي بكلية العلوم الانسانية و الاجتماعية بجامعة جيجل كفاية التقويم في ضوء معايير الجودة الشاملة في التعليم من وجهة نظر الطلبة. و انطلاقا من النتائج المتوصل إليها خلص الباحث إلى مجموعة من الاقتراحات يمكن أن نوجزها فيما يلي: - وضع قائمة موحدة بالكفايات التدريسية الأساسية لعضو هيئة التدريس الجامعي يعتمد عليها رؤساء الأقسام و العمداء في عملية تقويم الأداء التدريسي لأعضاء هيئة التدريس الجامعي. - ضرورة تبصير عضو هيئة التدريس الجامعي بالكفايات التدريسية التي يمارسها من وجهة نظر الطلبة حتى يتمكن من تحسينها، وممارسة الكفايات التدريسية غير الممارسة. - نشر و تعميم ثقافة الجودة و التميز بين أعضاء هيئة التدريس الجامعي. - استمرار البحث في مجال جودة التدريس الجامعي من مختلف جوانبه، و الكفايات التدريسية في ضوء معايير الجودة الشاملة مع الاهتمام بأخذ آراء الطلبة و الأساتذة على حد سواء. - إجراء دراسة مسحية تشمل جميع الجامعات الجزائرية تكشف عن مدى امتلاك عضو هيئة التدريس الجامعي للكفايات التدريسية و درجة ممارسته لهذه الكفايات. Le but de cette étude était de révéler la pratique des compétences pédagogiques des membres du corps professoral des universités à la lumière des normes de qualité générales en matière d’éducation du point de vue des étudiants. Le chercheur a utilisé l'approche descriptive utilisée dans cette étude pour recueillir des données un questionnaire de 70 mots divisé en cinq axes visant à vérifier les hypothèses de l'étude, qui a été distribué à un échantillon aléatoire de 200 étudiants de la Faculté des sciences humaines. Et des études sociales à l'Université de Jijel au cours de l'année universitaire 2017/2018. Lorsque le chercheur a utilisé le programme d’analyse statistique spss pour analyser les données et tester la validité des hypothèses de l’étude. L'étude a révélé les résultats suivants: - Les membres du corps professoral de la faculté des sciences sociales et sociales de l'université de Jijel pratiquent la planification de l'enseignement à la lumière des normes de qualité globale en matière d'enseignement du point de vue des étudiants. - Les membres du corps professoral de la faculté des sciences humaines de l'Université de Jijel pratiquent la mise en oeuvre de l'enseignement à la lumière des normes de qualité globale en matière d'enseignement du point de vue des étudiants. - Les membres du corps professoral de la faculté des sciences humaines et sociales de l'Université de Jijel maîtrisent la gestion de la classe à la lumière des normes de qualité globales en matière d'éducation du point de vue des étudiants. - Les membres du corps professoral de la faculté des sciences humaines de l'Université de Jijel n'exercent pas des moyens pédagogiques suffisants eu égard aux normes de qualité globales en matière d'enseignement du point de vue des étudiants. - Les membres de la faculté des sciences humaines et sociales de l'Université de Jijel maîtrisent l'évaluation à la lumière des normes de qualité globale en matière d'enseignement du point de vue des étudiants. Sur la base des conclusions tirées, le chercheur a conclu par un ensemble de suggestions pouvant être résumées comme suit: - Mise en place d'une liste unifiée des compétences pédagogiques de base des membres du corps professoral de l'université, qui sera approuvée par les chefs de département et les doyens lors du processus d'évaluation des performances pédagogiques des membres du corps professoral de l'université. - La nécessité d'éclairer les membres du corps professoral de l'université avec les compétences pédagogiques exercées par les étudiants du point de vue des étudiants afin qu'il puisse les améliorer et mettre en pratique des compétences d'enseignement qui ne sont pas pratiquées. - Diffuser et diffuser la culture de la qualité et de l'excellence parmi les membres du corps professoral des universités. - Poursuivre les recherches sur la qualité de l'enseignement universitaire sous toutes ses facettes et sur les compétences pédagogiques à la lumière des normes de qualité exhaustives, dans le souci de prendre en compte l'opinion des étudiants et des professeurs. - La réalisation d'une enquête couvrant toutes les universités algériennes révèle dans quelle mesure les membres du corps professoral de l'université possèdent les compétences pédagogiques et le degré de mise en pratique de ces compétences. The aim of this study was to reveal the practice of the university faculty member's teaching competencies in light of the overallquality standards in education from the point of view of students. The researcher used the descriptive approach in this study. In order to achieve the objective of the study, he used a questionnaire to collect data consisting of 70 words which divided into five axes that seeks to test the hypotheses of the study. It was distributed to a random sample of 200 students at the Faculty of Humanities And social studies at Jijel University during the 2017/2018 academic year. The researcher used the statistical analysis program spss to analyze the data and to test the validity of the hypotheses of the study. The study found the following results: - University faculty members at the Faculty of Social and Social Sciences at Jijel University practice the planning of teaching in the light of the overall quality standards in education from the point of view of students. - The members of the faculty of the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences at Jijel University practice the implementation of teaching in the light of the overall quality standards in education from the point of view of students. - The faculty members of the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences at Jijel University are proficient in the management of the classroom in the light of the overall quality standards in education from the point of view of students. - The faculty members of the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences at Jijel University do not exercise sufficient educational means in light of the overall quality standards in education from the point of view of students. - The members of the faculty of the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences at Jijel University are proficient in the assessment in the light of the overall quality standards in education from the point of view of students. Based on the conclusions, we reached that the researcher concluded with a set of suggestions that can be summarized as follows: - Setting up a unified list of basic teaching competencies of the university faculty members, which will be approved by department heads and deans in the process of evaluating the teaching performance of university faculty members. - The need to enlighten the university faculty members with the teaching competencies practiced by the students from the point of view of the students so that he can improve them and practice teaching competencies that are not practiced. - Disseminate and disseminate the culture of quality and excellence among university faculty members. - Continuing research in the quality of university teaching in all its facets, and teaching competencies in the light of the comprehensive quality standards with interest in taking the views of students and professors alike. - Conducting a survey study covering all Algerian universities reveals the extent to which the university faculty members possess the teaching competencies and the degree of practicing these competencies.
