Abstract

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على التعليم المفتوح ودوره في استدامة التعليم في المجتمعات- تجربة جامعة القدس المفتوحة أنموذجا، حيث أن زيادة إتاحة التعليم العالي المفتوح يساعد الناس على توسيع قدراتهم، والمساهمة بطريقة مباشرة في تحقيق أهدف التنمية المستدامة للمجتمعات، لأن التعليم العالي المفتوح بفلسفته القائمة على استيعاب قاعدة واسعة من الراغبين في متابعة تحصيلهم من التعليم العالي. وتوصلت الدراسة إلى جملة من النتائج أهمها أن التعليم المفتوح يعد فرصة لتحقيق التعليم العالي الشامل، العادل، ذو الجودة والنوعية العالية لجميع فئات المجتمع لتحقيق التنمية المستدامة. فالتعليم المفتوح بالنسبة لجامعة القدس المفتوحة هو نظام تعليمي عصري يتجاوز حدود الزمان والمكان، ويطّوع المحددات الاجتماعية والثقافية.
