Abstract

شهد العالم في أعقاب نهاية القرن العشرين العديد من التغيرات والتحولات التي مسّت جل نواحي ومستويات الحياة، كان للإدارة منها نصيب وافر تجلى فيما باتت تعيشه المنظمات من تحديات ورهانات عجزت أساليبها التسييرية التقليدية عن مواجهتها. الأمر الذي كان محفزا لظهور أساليب تسييرية جديدة، فظهرت نتاج ذلك إدارة التميّز كفلسفة إدارية حديثة أضحت لها مكانتها المرموقة في الفكر الإداري، لما لها من قدرة على مواكبة التطورات الحاصلة من جهة وتحصين المنظمات ضد تهديدات بيئتها الفائقة التنافسية Hyper Competation والمتسمة بالتغير المتسارع وذلك بتزويدها بسبل استغلال الفرص الحاسمة Critical Opportunities لتحقيق ترتيبات تنافسية Competitive arrangement تعزز فرص نجاحها التنظيمي Organizational success. Abstract: At the end of the twentieth Century ,the world has seen many of the changes and transformations which touched most aspects and levels of life ,and it had a clear impact on administration, manifested in the deficit of steering methods of organizations in the face of various challenges, this prompted the emergence of new managerial methods and it excellence Management, which has become a prestigious position in the management thought, because of their able to keep up with developments ,and fortify organizations against the environment super-competitive threats, by providing them with ways to exploit the critical opportunities for achieve competitive arrangements that promote the chances of organizational success
