الأزمة الاقتصادية العالمية في الصحافة اليقظانية(1929-1933) (الشيخ إبراهيم أبو اليقظان –أنموذجا-)(1929-1933)

Abstract

يعد أبو اليقظان رائدا من رواد الصحافة الجزائرية، التي تطرقت إلى عديد القضايا السياسية والثقافية والاقتصادية، ومن بين المسائل الاقتصادية المتطرق لها؛ الأزمة الاقتصادية العالمية (1929)؛ فتحدّث عن سرد ووصف منشأ الأزمة وأسبابها وبيّن مدى ارتباط إقتصادات الدول بعضها ببعض، كما تحدث بشكل خاص عن الجزائر في ظل الأزمة؛ رغم وفرة إنتاج الفلاح الجزائري آنذاك في تلك الأعوام(1929-1933). كما اقترح حلول للأزمة من منظور الشريعة الإسلامية، فانطلاقًا من الدّيباجة يحاول هذا المقال الإجابة عن إشكاليّة مفادها: ما مدَى تماشي أفكار وآراء الصحافة اليقظانية مع الأزمة الاقتصادية العالمية؟. Summary: Abou El-Yakdane is one of the pioneer of the Algerian journalists who has touched on many political, cultural and economic issues, and among the economic issues touched upon; The World Economic Crisis (1929); He talked about recounting and describing the origin of the crisis and its causes and explaining the extent to which the economies of countries are related to each other, as he spoke in particular about Algeria in light of the crisis; Despite the abundance of Algerian farmer production at the time in those years (1929-1933). He also suggested solutions to the crisis from the perspective of Islamic law. Starting from the preamble, this article attempts to answer the problematic effect: How well do the ideas and opinions of the presumptive press correspond to the global economic crisis?
