الصحة النفسية في العمل لدى عمال الجماعات المحلية

Abstract

تهدف هذه الدراسة للكشف عن مستوى الصحة النفسية لدى عمال الجماعات المحلية ولاية الجلفة، وتقاس الصحة النفسية هنا من خلا ل مركبتيها الايجابية الرفاه النفسي والسلبية الضيق النفسي. باستخدام المقياس ال ثنائي للصحة النفسية لـ masse et all. 1998، طبق المقياس على عينة تعدادها250 عامل من عمال الجماعات المحلية. تمت المعالجة الإحصائية ببرنامج spss، وباستعمال الإحصاء الوصفي (المتوسطات الحسابية والتكرارات، والانحراف المعياري)؛ وتم التحقق من الخصائص السيكوميترية للمقياس (الرفاه النفسي∝=0.951، الضيق النفسي∝=0.917)، وان المقياس الثنائي صادق ويقيس ما وضع لأجله. حيث ترتبط الابعاد بفقراتها وبمفهومها الكامن ارتباطها مقبول. اما بالنسبة لمستوى الصحة النفسية كان مرتفع نسبيا بمتوسط حسابي قدره 86,7709 وهو أكبر من المتوسط النظري 75.This study aims to reveal the level of mental health among workers of local communities in the state of Djelfa, and mental health is measured here through its two components: positive psychological well-being and negative psychological distress. Using the two-scale mental health scale of masse et all. 1998, the scale was applied to a sample of 250 workers from local community workers. Statistical processing was done using spss program, using descriptive statistics (arithmetic means, frequencies, and standard deviation); The psychometric properties of the scale (psychological well-being ∝ = 0.951, psychological distress ∝ = 0.917) were verified, and that the binary scale is valid and measures what it was designed for. Where the dimensions are related to its paragraphs and its underlying concept, its association is acceptable. As for the level of mental health, it was relatively high, with an arithmetic average of 86,7709, which is greater than the theoretical average of 75.
