Abstract

يعتبر ذو الإعاقة السمعية من بين فئات الإعاقة الرئيسة التي تؤثر على الشخص الذي يعاني منها، كما تؤثر على أسرته والمجتمع الذي يعيش فيه. كما تلعب حاسة السمع دورا هاما في عملية التعلم وعمليات التواصل والتفاعل الاجتماعي، إلا أن التطور الذي حصل في المجالات الطبية والتربوية والاجتماعية، انعكس بشكل مباشر وايجابي على الخدمات التي تقدم للأشخاص المعوقين سمعيا، حيث تطور الأجهزة والأدوات والإجراءات الكشفية المبكرة عن الإعاقة السمعية جعلت التكفل المبكر بهذا النوع من الإعاقة منذ الولادة وأكثر من ذلك صار اكتشافها في المرحلة الجنينية. إن تطور المعينات السمعية وتقدم طرق وأساليب التكفل والوسائل التربوية جعل تعليم الأشخاص المعوقين سمعيا والوصول بهم إلى أقصى درجة ممكنة من النمو اللغوي والمعرفي يسمح لهم بالإدماج المدرسي مع السامعين والمشاركة وبقوة في الحياة التعليمة والعملية مستقبلا.Hearing disability is among the main categories of disability that affect the person who suffers from it, as well as his family and the society in which he lives. The sense of hearing also plays an important role in the learning process, the processes of communication and social interaction, but the development that took place in the medical, educational and social fields, Reflected directly and positively on the services provided to people with hearing disabilities, as the development of devices, tools and early detection procedures for hearing impairment made early care of this type of disability since birth and more than that became discovered in the fetal stage. The development of hearing aids and the advancement of methods and methods of support and educational means made the education of hearing-impaired persons and reaching them to the maximum possible degree of linguistic and cognitive development, allowing them to integrate school with the listeners and to participate strongly in future educational and practical life.
