مخاطر الأمن الصحي وسبل الوقاية منها

Abstract

الصحة مطلب أساسي للفرد والمجتمع، تسعى دول العالم لتحقيقه وضمانه من خلال حشد الجهود على المستوى الداخلى والخارجي، وقد شكل الأمن الصحي مفهوما جديدا يتجاوز الأمن الوطني والأمن ألإقليمي وذلك لما للصحة من تأثيرات مباشرة في العديد من جوانب الحياة الاجتماعية منها والاقتصادية. سيما في زمن تواجه فيه الدول ومجتمعاتها تحديات جمة ومخاطر صحية متزايدة، جراء تفشي الاوبئة والأمراض المعدية، ما ادى إلى تداول مفاهيم امنية مرتبطة بالصحة تعرف ب: أمننة الصحة"، وهو ما دفع برئيس الجمهورية الجزائري يوم 13 أفريل 2020، أن يعلن عن إنشاء"الوكالة الوطنية للأمن الصحي" في أقرب وقت، بغرض إعادة هيكلة قطاع الصحة.Health is a basic requirement for both the individual and society. The countries of the world strive to achieve it by mobilizing efforts at the internal and external levels to ensure it. Meanwhile, Health security has formed a new concept that goes beyond national and regional security, since health has direct impacts in many aspects of life whether social or economic. Especially at a time when countries and their societies are facing many challenges and increasing health risks due to the spread of epidemics and infectious diseases, which led to the circulation of security concepts related to health known as: health security, which prompted the Algerian President, on April 13th. 2020, to announce the creation of the National Health Security Agency the sooner possible in order to restructure the health sector.
