Abstract

تكمن أهمية التكنولوجيا الحديثة في توفير الجهد والوقت وتنمية المحيط الاقتصادي والاجتماعي للبلد، فمعالجة هذه التقنية الحديثة وما تقدمه من فوائد علمية في المجالات المعرفية والاقتصادية والإستراتيجية، تدفع المجتمعات النامية لمواكبة هذا التطور ولتحسين قدراتها العلمية، وتحقيقا لأهدافها التنموية خاصة بتطبيق الذكاء الاصطناعي، وإن عدم توظيف التكنولوجيا في الاتجاه الايجابي يسبب لها الكثير من المخاطر في المجالات الاقتصادية والاجتماعية وحتى السياسية. سنتناول في هذه الورقة العلمية تطور التكنولوجيا الحديثة وخصائصها، ونستعرض مضمون الذكاء الاصطناعي وأهميته في عملية التنمية الاقتصادية والاجتماعية في الدول النامية وفي الأخير نتوقف عند أهم الصعوبات والمشكلات التي تواجهها. The importance of modern technology lies in saving effort and time and developing the economic and social environment of the country. Addressing this modern technology and the scientific benefits it provides to the cognitive, economic and strategic fields push developing societies to keep pace with this development and to improve their scientific capabilities in order to achieve their development goals, especially by applying artificial intelligence. The positive trend causes many risks in the economic, social and even political fields. In this paper, we will discuss the development of modern technology and its characteristics, the content of artificial intelligence and its importance in the process of economic and social development in developing countries, and finally review the most important difficulties and problems they face.
