سمات الشخصية حسب نظرية كلود روبرت كلونينجر

Abstract

تعتبر النظرية البيولوجية النفسية الاجتماعية والروحية لصاحبها كلود روبرت كلونينجر من أهم النظريات الحديثة حول الشخصية منذ ظهورها في منتصف ثمانينات القرن الماضي، حيث شكلت موضوع بحث لآلاف من الباحثين في المجتمعات الغربية. ورغم هذا الانتشار الواسع إلا أنها غير معروفة في الدراسات العربية عموما والجزائرية على وجه الخصوص؛ لذلك جاءت هذه الورقة للتعريف بهذا المنَظِر العالمي وبنظريته، للترويج لهذه الأخيرة وفتح مجال البحث حولها في الفضاءين الأكاديميين العربي والجزائري، وقد اعتمدنا على المنهج الاستقرائي في جمع المادة العلمية من المقالات والكتب التي تناولت النظرية، ثم قراءتها ونحليلها. وقد توصلنا إلى أن كلونينجر قدم نموذجا عاما عن الشخصية بهدف توفير السعادة والرفاهية للإنسان؛ ولم يكتف بدراسة الاضطرابات كغيره. كما أنه تناول الإنسان من جميع جوانبه البيولوجية والنفسية والاجتماعية والروحية، مستندا في ذلك إلى البحوث والدراسات حول الإنسان في مختلف العلوم كعلم الوراثة وعلم الأعصاب وتطور السلالات وعلم النفس والطب النفسي مما جعل نتائجه أكثر دقة. رأى كلونينجر أن الشخصية مكونة من عاملين هما المزاج والطبع،و تندرج تحتهما سبعة أبعاد ذات علاقات لا خطية، تتمثل في أربعة أبعاد للمزاج هي البحث عن الحداثة وتجنب الضرر والاعتماد على المكافأة والمثابرة. وثلاثة أبعاد للطبع هي توجيه الذات والتعاونية وسمو الذات. ويتم قياس هذه السمات بقائمة المزاج والطبع المنقحة(TCI-R).The biopsychosocial and spiritual theory of Claude Robert Cloninger, is one of the most modern theories about personality since its appearance in the mid-eighties of the last century, as it formed the subject of research for thousands of researchers in Western societies. Despite this wide spread, it is not known in Arabic studies in general and Algerian studies in particular. Therefore, this paper came to introduce this global theorist and his theory, to promote the latter and open the field of research about it in the Arab and Algerian academic spaces. We have relied on the inductive method in collecting scientific material from articles and books that dealt with the theory, then reading and analyzing it. We have concluded that Cloninger presented a general model of personality with the aim of providing happiness and well-being for the human being; He did not stop at studying disorders like others. It also dealt with man in all its biological, psychological, social and spiritual aspects, based on research and studies about man in various sciences such as genetics, neuroscience, phylogeny, psychology and psychiatry, which made his results more accurate. Cloninger suggests that personality consists of two factors, temperament and character, and seven dimensions of non-linear relationships fall under them, represented in four dimensions of Temperaments: Novelty Seeking, Harm Avoidance, Reward Dependence, and Persistence. The three dimensions of Character are Self- Directedness, Cooperativeness, and Self-Transcendence. These traits are measured by the revised Temperament and Character Inventory (TCI–R).
