Abstract

لقد أصبح الإنسان في الوقت الحالي يهتم بشكل متزايد وسريع بالتكنولوجيا الحديثة للاتصالات، وذلك لأنها باتت تدخل في جميع الأعمال اليومية للأفراد والمؤسسات والحكومات، ولعل من أبرز مكونات هذه التكنولوجيا الحديثة هي شبكات المعلومات أو ما يسمى الانترنت. ويعد قطاع الاتصالات من أهم القطاعات التي تساهم في التنمية المستدامة بشكل فعال لكونه عامل من عوامل الاستدامة في التنمية والتي تتجسد من خلال الاعتماد على التكنولوجيا الحديثة والتجديد المستمر والبحث والتطوير، بالإضافة إلى توفر عنصر المنافسة في هذا الميدان. ونظرا لأهمية تكنولوجيا شبكة الانترنت أردنا أن نقدم في هذه الدراسة العلاقة الموجودة بين متغير التكنولوجيا الحديثة في الاتصالات ودوره في تحقيق التنمية البشرية المستدامة. New days, the human being has become more aware about modern technologies in telecommunication because the latter has become a daily routine for individuals institutions and governments. Among these technologies the information net works or as we know the internet. Telecommunications field is known as the most important one which contributes efficiently in sustainable development because it’s a factor which depends on modern technology, updates research and development. In addition to that competition in that field . Due to this importance of information network technology, we wanted to make a study about the relationship between modern technologies in telecommunications variables and its role to achieve sustainable human development .
