العلاقات الاقتصادية الصينية - النيجيرية وأثرها على التنمية الاجتماعية - الاقتصادية في نيجيريا

Abstract

أصبح التدخل الصيني في إفريقيا أحد الموضوعات المثيرة للجدل ضمن الأدبيات التنموية والعلاقات الدولية. إذ تعتبر نيجيريا من بين الدول الإفريقية التي حظيت باهتمام متزايد من قبل الصين. ويمكن تقسيم العلاقات الصينية النيجيرية إلى مرحلتين مختلفتين: مرحلة العلاقات السابقة والعلاقات المعاصرة، التي غلب عليها الطابع الاقتصادي. سعى المقال لفحص مضامين العلاقات الاقتصادية المعاصرة بين الصين ونيجيريا. وتوصل البحث أساساً كون عودة الصين إلى نيجيريا تكتنفها آثاراً سلبية وأخرى إيجابية على التنمية الاجتماعية- الاقتصادية النيجيرية، وأنه لا بد من إعادة النظر في السلبيات لكي تستفيد نيجيريا من الفرص التي تتيحها الشراكة الصينية في المنطقة.China’s involvement in Africa has become one of the contentious topics in the development literature and international relations. Nigeria is an African country that has received increasing attention from China. Sino-Nigerian relations can be grouped into two phases thus: past relations and contemporary relations wich dominated by economic factors. This article sought to examine the contents of contemporary Sino-Nigerian economic relations.The article mainly found out that China’s resurgence into Nigeria presents both negative and positive impacts for Nigerian socio-economic development, And that the negatives must be reviewed In order for Nigeria to take advantage of the opportunities offered by the Chinese partnership in the region.
