تـأثيـر الانقسـامـات الطـائفيـة عـلى استقـرار الأنـظمـة السيـاسيـة الخـليجيـة - البحـريـن والـكويـت مـن منظـور مقـارن -

Abstract

يتميز الكويت والبحرين بوجود السنة والشيعة لكن مع ﺇختلاف يكمن في النسب، تميزت العلاقة بين الطائفتين بنوع من الاضطراب نتيجة تراكم توليفة من الأسباب تنوعت بين تاريخية وﺇقليمية وحتى داخلية، حيث خلقت هذه الأخيرة نوعا من التعصب ومن ثمة الانقسام. يظهر هذا في ظل وجود نظامين ملكيين بأسر حاكمة سنية، مما أدى إلى بروز الطائفة الشيعية من خلال رفع العديد من المطالب بمختلف المستويات وصلت في بعض الأحيان إلى طلب تغيير الأنظمة أسوة بالنظام الايراني. اعتمدت الدولتين استراتيجيتين مختلفتين من أجل التعاطي مع المطالب الشيعية وبغية منع أي تأثيرات سلبية على ﺇستقرار النظامين في نفس الوقت، لكن مظاهر التأثير السلبي توضحت في البحرين مقارنة مع الكويت نتيجة ﺇرتفاع معدلات العنف وﺇنخفاض مستوى الاندماج المجتمعي نظرا لوجود ترابط وثيق بين مستوى التأثر بالانقسام الطائفي والاستراتيجية المتبعة تجاهه. In Kuwait and Bahrain we can notice that Sunnis and Shiites are very famous but with a difference in the proportions, the relation-ship between the two sects known with a sense of turmoil as a result of the accumulation of a combination reasons in which the historical, regional and played a role in creating a kind of intolerance furthermore division. There are two royal families of the Sunni ruling which led to the emergence of the Shiite sect by raising many demands at various levels reached in some cases to request change regimes like the Iranian regime. There are two different strategies adopted by the two states for dealing with Shiites demands, in order to prevent any negative effects on the stability of the two systems at the same time, but the negative Impact made clear effect in Bahrain, in comparison with Kuwait as a result of high levels of violence and low level of social integration because of a closed correlation between the level of influence of the sectarian divide and the strategy that followed it.
