Abstract

تمثل دول الاتحاد الأوربي النسبة الأكبر من بين دول العالم في طلبات اللجوء، حيث تشير الإحصائيات إلى وصول أكثر من مليون شخص سنة 2016 نتيجة العنف المسلح الذي طال عدة دول عربية كسوريا وليبيا واليمن، مما جعل من التوفيق بين الالتزام الدولي بعدم الإعادة القسرية للاجئ وحفظ أمنها القومي ونظامها العام تحديا كبيرا أدى بتوجيه دول الاتحاد استراتيجيتها نحو توسيع الاستثناءات والتضييق إلى أقصى الحدود في استقبال اللاجئين.The European Union represents an enormous partition of refugee request where statistics reached the arrival of more than a million people by 2016. Of course it was due to the armed violence that has spread in many Arab nations like Syria, Libya and Yemen .therefore it led to the governmental commitment for Non-refoulement principle and preserving their national security as well as their main program. Accordingly it created enormous changes in directing the nations of the union to extend their strategies to receive the minimum range of those refugees .they also brought into existence legislations and international treaties to block the refugee avalanche from the transit nations like Turkey, as well as the foreign boarders such as Hungary.
