Abstract

تراجع مراكز الخدمة العامة عن دورها بسبب البيروقراطية جعل إصلاحها حتمية لابد منها، خاصة أننا في عصر تكنولوجيا المعلومات التي وظفت مزاياها في بنية الإدارة، وما تتمتع به من خصائص كالسرعة والدقة واستمرارية العمل سيؤثر على أدائها فتقدم خدماتها بشكل منتظم مستمر في جو من المساواة بين المواطنين مع مواكبتها لكل تغيير ما سيؤدي إلى ترشيد المرافق العامة وشعور المواطن بقدر أكبر من الرضا على الخدمات، وإرساء الشفافية والتقليل من الفساد.The public services centre retreat frome its role because of bureaucracy making the repair inevitable ,espicially that we are in the age of information’s technology, that employed its advantages in structure’s administrations and what it had of properities as speed ,res, and work continuity will affect on its work and presents its services regularly in an equal mood between citizenses with all changes which lead to the rationalization of facilities and making citizenses feel of satisfiction to services and establish limpidness and decreasing corruption.
